October 11, 2012 - Steven Theesfeld gave a presentation via webinar for NASP titled, "Beds Are Burning: The MN Supreme Court's New Permission To Subrogate Against Negligent Tenants" on the impact of the Minnesota Supreme Court's overruling of United Fire and Casualty v. Bruggeman, 505 N.W.2d 87 (Minn. App. 1993)

September 7, 2012 - David Yarosh gave a presentation with Brian Haag at Whitemore Fire Consultants, Inc.’s 15th Annual Seminar, “Identifying the Positive in the Negative Corpus & Other Aspect of Fire Investigation & Subrogation,” at the Legends Golf Club, Prior Lake, MN. The presentation was titled, “The Ford Motor Fix That Failed to Fix the Cruise Control Problem”

August 8, 2012 – Dave Taylor gave a presentation at QBE, in Sun Prairie, WI titled “Large Farm Machinery Losses”

On October 11, 2012, paralegal Val Roseth and her husband Nick welcomed their first child, Chloe Lynne!  Chloe weighed 6 pounds, 13 oz. and measured 20.5 inches. 

On August 22, 2012, Associate attorney Michelle Hurley and her husband Dustin Horejsi welcomed their first child, Claire Marie! Claire weighed 8 pounds, and measured 21 inches.
