David's interests include all sporting activities and travel. He played in the Minnesota State High School Basketball tournament in 1979 - 1980 while attending St. Louis Park, MN high school. He and his wife, Betsy, took a 6 day bike trip in Tuscany, Italy in the fall of 2006, the trip of a lifetime.
